Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
1 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This is really nice! It really lets the tequilla shine, and the vermouth and touch of sweetness both enhance it, and round it out. I added a touch of salt also, just for fun.
