Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
34 oz Bourbon whiskey
34 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
34 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 12 oz Pineapple juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.

It was OK. But then, I'm not such a big fan of pineapple.

The amount of lemon doesn't add up? (60ml)
A mistake perhaps? I couldn't find any other recipe with similar amounts of lemon.

Thanks for bringing to my attention, Shay. All the ingredients were overstated! Now reduced.
