Serve in a Coupe glass
1 2⁄3 oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
2⁄3 oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
5⁄6 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2⁄3 oz | Monin Cinnamon Syrup |
6 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1 barspoon | Peppercorn syrup 1:1 (homemade) |
Garnish: Peel of pink grapefruit.
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into chilled glass.
