Serve in a Collins glass
| 1 1⁄3 oz | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
| 1 oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
| 1 oz | *Special ingredient #2 (see above) |
| 1 oz | Chili pepper (spicy) syrup |
| 1 1⁄6 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄6 oz | Filter coffee (hot) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Chilled water |
Garnish: Sugar cane swizzle stick & star anise.
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Special ingredient #1: BACARDÍ Superior infused with sugar cane Special ingredient #2: Ratafía
