1 dash	Grapefruit bitters

Garnish: Dehydrated carrot & mint sprig

Created for Bacardí Legacy 2017 by Orman Bag-ao at Long Bar, Raffles and Fairmont Hotel Makati in Manila, Philippines.

Rain or Shine is inspired by my own experiences. At some point in life, we all go through rejection and disappointment. Learning the Bacardí Legacy story made me realise that we control our own power to choose how to respond to what life has thrown at us. It is the rain and the sunshine that makes a plant grow. It is our struggles that build our character. And the moments in life we are often proud of, are the ones when we overcame adversity to accomplish. I will continue to push for my dreams, believing we have infinite potential and are more capable than we imagine.
