Ingredients:
2 oz Irish whiskey
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 drop Green food colour gel
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

Looks like it should be minty but don't be deceived by the verdant colour, it's actually a tasty whiskey citrus sour.

Wanted a dryer cocktail, so we halved the sugar syrup. Still had perfect balance. Did not use the green food colouring, but it was delightfully sour.
