Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Absolut Vanilia Vodka
34 oz Absolut Peppar Vodka
34 oz Tuaca liqueur
1 oz Licor 43 Original liqueur
1 oz Yellow bell pepper juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of yellow pepper strip.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

Vanilla and pepper seem to complement each other in a sweet and sour kind of way.

History:

Created in 2002 by yours truly and originally somewhat dodgily named Pepper & Vanilla'tini. Incidentally, Pieprz i wanilia (which translates as Pepper and Vanilla) was a popular Polish television programme broadcast by TVP. This travel documentary series was broadcast for over 20 years with 300 episodes.

Cut bell pepper into strips and juice with a centrifugal juicer.
