Martini glass...
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1 pea Wasabi paste
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

Squeeze a pea-sized quantity of wasabi paste onto a barspoon and STIR with vodka until wasabi dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Yaki nori seaweed

Comment:

Wonderfully balanced with spicy heat and a zesty finish.
