Wonderful summer cocktail. Light and refreshing. Is a tad on the sweet side. Next time we would increase the Vodka to 2 oz and decrease the Watermelon liqueur to 3/4 oz as the watermelon flavour is a bit strong.
We had frozen watermelon as a garnish, but they were still frozen which kept the cocktail cold. Would consider added a few pieces of frozen watermelon to bring the sweetness down, but not lose the watermelon taste.
