Collins glass...
3 fl oz Rutte Old Simon Genever
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ fl oz Raspberries
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
¼ fl oz Freshly squeezed orange juice
fl oz Fresh pressed pineapple juice
fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
2 fl oz Chilled water

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Serve with straws.

Garnish:

Seasonal berries

Comment:

Easy on the palate yet incredibly complex. Linseed oil notes of jenever shine through.
