Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
23 oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
16 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
16 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of peach wedge.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with peach wedge on rim.

Very nice. Slight hint of peach gives this martini a different edge. Good aperitif.

3oz of gin was perhaps overly generous so I have scaled back the recipe (with ingredients kept in the same relative proportions) to reduce gin to 2oz.
