Photographed in an Urban Bar 1910 Bacci Champagne Flute 10.75oz / 32cl
| 2 whole | Green cardamom pods |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Viognier white wine |
| 1 oz | Belle de Brillet pear liqueur |
| 1 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water chilled |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of pear wedge..
How to make:
- MUDDLE cardamom pods in base of stirring glass.
- Add wine and liqueur and stir with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- TOP with soda and briefly stir.
Garnish:
- Garnish with pear wedge on rim.

Pear and cardamon sit brilliantly together, here with a splash of dry white wine and a hint of cognac, invigorated with soda. (It's even better made with champagne in place of soda!)
