Collins glass...
¾ fl oz Sipsmith Sloe Gin
¾ fl oz Apricot brandy liqueur
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
2 dash La Fee Parisienne absinthe
3 fl oz Camden Pale Ale

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ale.

Garnish:

Grapefruit zest twist

Comment:

Zesty, fruity and refreshing with berry and stone fruit accompanying lime and grapefruit with hoppy pale ale.

About:

Created in 2013 by Michele Mariotti at The American Bar at The Savoy Hotel, London. Michele was one of five finalists in the diffordsguide Beer-tail Competition for London Cocktail Week 2013 held on Friday 9th August 2013 at Simon Difford’s Cabinet Room in London.

Michele’s drink was inspired by Charie Chaplin’s stay at the Savoy in 1889.
