How to make:
MUDDLE clove in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
1 dried | Clove |
1/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
1/2 fl oz | Rutte Sloe Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
Top up with | Rosé champagne |
