1 dried Clove
shot Honey water (3 honey to 1 water)
½ shot Sloe Gin liqueur
½ shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Top up with G.H. Mumm Brut Rosé Champane

How to make:

MUDDLE clove in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

Comment:

The rich wintery flavours of sloe gin and honey are balanced by lemon juice with clove providing seasonal spice and rosé champagne lifting and refreshing all.
