Serve in

a Flute glass...
1 dried Clove
fl oz Honey water (3 honey to 1 water)
½ fl oz Rutte Sloe Gin liqueur
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Top up with Rosé Champagne

How to make:

MUDDLE clove in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.

The rich wintery flavours of sloe gin and honey are balanced by lemon juice with clove providing seasonal spice and rosé champagne lifting and refreshing all.
