How to make:
MUDDLE clove in base of shaker. Add next 3 ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with champagne.
|1/3 fl oz||Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)|
|1/2 fl oz||Rutte Sloe Gin|
|1/2 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|Top up with||Rosé champagne|
