34 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
34 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
34 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
3 oz Pale ale

How to make:

SHAKE first five ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ale.

History:

Created in 2013 by Michele Mariotti at The American Bar at The Savoy Hotel, London. Michele was one of five finalists in the diffordsguide Beer-tail Competition for London Cocktail Week 2013 held on Friday 9th August 2013 at Simon Difford's Cabinet Room in London.

Michele's drink was inspired by Charlie Chaplin's stay at the Savoy in 1889.
