History

Created in 2013 by Michele Mariotti at The American Bar at The Savoy Hotel, London. Michele was one of five finalists in the diffordsguide Beer-tail Competition for London Cocktail Week 2013 held on Friday 9th August 2013 at Simon Difford's Cabinet Room in London.

Michele's drink was inspired by Charlie Chaplin's stay at the Savoy in 1889.

Review

Zesty, fruity and refreshing with berry and stone fruit accompanying lime and grapefruit with hoppy pale ale.
