Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
| 1 oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1 1⁄3 oz | Beetroot juice |
| 1 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄6 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1⁄12 fresh | *Special ingredient #1 (see above) |
Garnish: Orange zest, lemon balm leaves.
How to make:
*1 - Fresh lemon balm Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
