Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
4 fresh Mint leaves
1 12 oz Rutte Old Simon Genever
12 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare mint sprigs for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Oh this is excellent and then some. Love the extra dimension from the subtle malt of the Genever. All the ingredients in harmony.

This is delicious! Didn't have crushed ice but worked well in an ice filled glass.
