Garnish:
Place cocktail stick in glass and drop chilli oil on surface of drink where stick breaks meniscus so that the chilli oil is speared by the stick.
How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

3 drop | Xocolatl mole bitters |
