How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass over an ice ball.

3⁄4 barspoon | Demerara / Muscovado / brown sugar syrup (2 sugar:1 water) |
1⁄4 barspoon | Balsamic vinegar of Modena |

The cocktail seeks to highlight the wood-aged BACARDÍ 'Ocho' rum with an aroma of Oloroso sherry, bringing a hint of acidity from the balsamic vinegar and the aftertaste of fresh coffee.
