Collins (small 8oz) glass...
fl oz Capucana Cachaca
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
7 fresh Small ripe strawberries (hulled)

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

Strawberry

A long, very refreshing strawberry drink laced with cachaça.

The Batida is a traditional Brazilian style of drink and 'Fresa' means strawberry in Portuguese, the official language of Brazil.
