This was on my Must Try list. I had actually marked the page in my Marabout book in readyess last night for the lunch aperitif (I have the Marabout edition at this location and the latest serving at another location) so looking at the recipe on paper, I thought I'lll check the online recipe just in case, and I did think it looked much more interesting with the extra goodies. As I have left over grapefruit juice left over, I will make another Must Try drink tonight, Brown Derby

Slightly lacking in acidity thus making it a little cloying, a smidgen of lime juice was enough to lift it

Great. A marriage between a martini and a salty dog. Wonderful. Great as an aperitif. Refreshing and smooth.

I sometimes use 1 shot grapefruit and 1/2 shot lemon which works quite well too
