Candied ginger on pick
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Ketel One Vodka|
|1/2 fl oz||Ginger liqueur|
|1/3 fl oz||Ginger sugar syrup|
|1 fl oz||Cranberry juice|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|2 drop||Bob's Ginger Bitters|
Just what it says on the tin - your everyday Cosmo but with extra vitality courtesy of a good whack of ginger spice.
The Ginger Cosmo emerged during 2002 in New York City but this recipe is adapted from one we discovered in October 2019 at Soho House Barcelona where it reigns as the best-selling House Signature cocktail.
