How to make:
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add honey and rum and STIR until honey is dissolved. Add lime juice and sugar, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale.
2 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
2 barspoon | Honey |
2 1/2 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |
