I used Roses grenadine to enhance the color, not for flavoring, and Lairds Applejack as the apple brandy, but I am sure calvados would be a good substitute.
The richness of cooked cherry in Heering Cherry liqueur serves as a bridge between the spice notes brought by the brandy and cinnamon and the fruitiness
The rich cherry and nutty flavours of the Cherry Heering layer in perfectly with the spices of the Allspice Dram, spicy vanilla notes from Bulleit bourbon

Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less Velvet Falernum or Orgeat Syrup. Price: £18
Sweet flavour of cherry intertwined with the herbal undertones of sage and Chartreuse, made festive with champagne.
Fruity and smoky flavours with a chocolate undertone. Best with fresh coconut juice and lightly peated whisky.
Illy RTD for cold brew. Caffe Lolita coffee liqueur. Five Farms (Kerrygold) Irish Cream
First tried garnish with mint, but it smelled like burning plastic when lit.
This cocktail is to be served ice cold and sipped slowly
A punch cocktail with the refreshing taste of cherries. It has a rich but refreshing taste without being too sweet.
I created this first using Glenfiddich 12 yo, but decided a more robust blended scotch with a slight hint of peaty smoke works best (e.g. Black Bottle).
Great cocktail after dinner .
It's important to get your nose right in the cocktail to get those notes of clove and nutmeg.
