Plastic pollution

Fede created a cocktail using Ketel One Vodka, mango sherry, egg white, and local ingredients including ginger and honey, and garnishes his drink with a turtle keyring. For each cocktail sold, one dollar is donated to Plastic Free Cayman, a volunteer-based charitable trust taking action to reduce plastic in the Caribbean.

Fede brought on board over 15 bars to support his project and to help build awareness around the problem of plastics and micro-plastics in the Cayman Islands. He aims to continue advocating the cause by producing more turtle keyrings and bringing in more volunteers to support the fight against plastic.
