Outstanding. Great flavours and balance. Very, very good in the afternoon or as an aperitif. Slight hints of orange and honey.

Used Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin and the barrel-aged orange bitters from Fee Brothers. I guess, I bit overdid the bitters ... Yet, pretty nice drink - I could sip it for hours if it stayed cold enough.

Lovely. Wet martini with a hint of sweeand herbs from the Benedictine. The lemon twist is essential and wonderful.

I needed to up the amounts by a third (1.5 ounces of gin) to make a decent serving.

Volume better suits a Nick & Nora glass rather than a coupe. I'll reshoot ASAP. Thanks for bringing to my attention.

martini with hints of an older age. Great with a tie.

quite lovely, but stir long enough; you want this one to be ice cold
