How can this drink celebrate the Canadian flag with American bourbon? Especially when Canadian Rye makes for a superior cocktail?
Scotch whisky, Rosso/sweet vermouth, Bénédictine D.O.M., Creole bitters, Absinthe
Scotch whisky, Cherry brandy, White crème de cacao, Dry vermouth, Orange bitters
Rye whiskey 50% abv, Mezcal, Amaro (e.g. Averna), Orange-red aperitivo, Elderflower liqueur

Strong & very appropriate for an autumn afternoon. My first taste of Strega. But not my last!!

Delicious. I found the Rose Water readily at a local Persian grocery. Giffards for the syrup. Wonder how long I can keep it in the fridge?
A delicious, well balanced drink for autumn. I substituted Calvados for the Applejack and served it on the actual Harvest Moon, October 1, 2020.
