Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
14 oz Rose water
14 oz Monin Rose Syrup
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of edible rose petal..
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with rose petal floated on cocktail.

That bit of apricot really rounds this out. Tasty right down to the last of the glass which was quite warm.

Delicious. I found the Rose Water readily at a local Persian grocery. Giffards for the syrup. Wonder how long I can keep it in the fridge?

The syrup could be good for a couple of months if kept in the fridge.
