Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 14 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
12 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
2 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This simple, appropriately named drink is surprisingly quaffable.

It really did look like ink!
It does what it says on the tin. On the first sip it tasted predominantly peach flavoured but on further drinking, orange notes started to develop and it had a dry, cranberry influenced finish.
Easy to drink with a touch of intrigue.
