Much better than I expected from an OJ/vermouth drink.

This is very good for an aperitif. We used some fresh tangerines instead of oranges to bring the sweetness down a bit. Made the cocktail a bit drier.

A sweet, refreshing aperitivo for a warm spring day. Vermouth is the flavour that stands out the most and the choice of good vermouths becomes essential.
