I made this by mistake with 1/3rd oz of Licor 43 and even then it seemed to be a bit too prominent for my taste.

I really enjoyed this even if a bit sweet. If old books, well tanned leather, and sweet tobacco were a flavor….this would be it.

Bit sweet for our taste but benefitted from a couple dashes of orange bitters

Wonderful! The flavors create a warm and rich sensation, especially with a mix of dark and light rums.

I absolutely loved this one! I did add the water and a long stir, and it was just perfect for me. I adore chartreuse and sweet cocktails, so this was definitely in my wheel house! First cocktail with Licor 43, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be a supporter of that liqueur for a long time!

I like the drink, but (not surprisingly) did find it a little sweet. Strongly recommend adding a little water and the long stir. Thinking about using an Agricole rum to add some more vegital favour and cut down a bit on the sweetness.
