Amazing how the dash of absinthe permeates so throughly. Probably best for someone who likes the aniseed flavour profile. A very refined and elegant cocktail, whilst also being full of flavour.

This is a fantastic cocktail. I think I’ll try it on my friend who is not a gin fan. I think this will make her a convert. 😁

Bursts of flavours. Wonderful mix of herbal and floral tastes. Is bitter sweet, but found it a bit on the sweet side for us, but we tend to like very dry cocktails. However, I will drink almost any cocktail with absinthe

Well balanced blend of sweet and bitter. I used Noilly Prat for the vermouth which is probably drier. The cherry garnish finishes the drink. It added just a touch more sweetness.
