I made it with maple syrup instead of sugar and added the cinnamon into the shaker with rest of the ingredients.
Wonderful, autumnal drink, reminiscent of an apple-cinnamon cookie.
I've opted for a bit of ruby port topping the cream, as I've seen in I think several other sours, but I might be mistaken; i.e., I like it, but it is at your own risk to use it instead of the topping of cinnamon powder
