Usually with recipes demanding intricate specs, I expect greatness. This has been the best drink I've tried all day. Smells like pineapple death, but tastes like Drambuie in Tropicalia.
A fruity delight. Not too sweet (remarkably) with a mild sour edge. I used a slightly peated blend which added another level. Interesting enough not to just glug.
I’m not always a fan of whisky, or pineapple, based cocktails, but tried this cocktail of the day and really liked it. Lovely mix of fruit flavours and earthy whisky backnotes.
