The version as above tastes like a delicious orange/grapefruit aperitivo and I couldn’t taste the rum at all. I tried it with Worthy Park 109 and it’s fabulous! The higher proof and the touch of funk feels like what this cocktail needs.

I would have to disagree with the dryness rating. Mine was more in the middle or even slightly sweet.

OMG this tastes just like grapefruit juice.....most excellent grapefruit juice the one that's composed with mostly alcohol

Lovely drink and a great alternative to the Paper Plane, I agree with the rest of the comments that the lemon is a little overpowering. After adding a barspoon of simple I found it to be a lot more balanced.

Very easy to smash. Went with 0.5oz with the lemon… but i prefer a more bitter profile. The lemon is there for brightness. BUT, I did zest the the lemon peel since using only .5oz. Very good!

Tried with the recommended 15ml of lemon juice, and it was delicious :)

Good, but a tad tart for my taste. I would dial back the lemon juice by half.

A tad tart. Paper plane has the slightly sweeter Nonino and is better balanced.
