Didn't have any Amaro so I had to substitute Jagermeister instead, also omitted the bitters since last time I found them too distracting and bled into the drink too quickly instead of properly floating. But otherwise an amazing drink ;).

Pretty much a Kalimotxo (Calimocho) with orange liqueur. But I like this on a dreary day with a dash of Allspice Dram.
Gin, Coconut water, Condensed milk
My absolute favorite cocktail, perfect for any season but especially summer. I found this a great way to test different bitters such as Lemon or Almond to enhance the existing citrus and nuttiness.
Hard to get real Pomegranate syrup anywhere so I've had to make my own and boy is it worth it! Even cutting the typical recipe proportions down I have enough in the fridge to last a while for not just this cocktail but for others.
If Pomegranate isn't to one's taste Strawberry or Cherry syrups also work though with a different flavor profile.
Not bad on it's own, but adding your favorite whiskey (especially one that pairs well with coffee) makes an refreshing drink I call a Joe Collins (Joe from a "Cup of Joe").
It's not bad; the Orgeat makes it taste and smell as though there was Amaretto in it. Which is probably no coincidence, as the drink was invented in Italy. And there is a subtle nuance of peppermint discernable. The nutmeg just gently mixes into the Orgeat. Overall nice, but I don't perceive this as particularly tropical in character. And I think I would prefer if there was more Maraschino in it.
Have to agree with it not seeming "tropical/tiki" despite having really all the necessary components. Still a good drink.
Underberg, Orgeat syrup, Lemon juice, Cognac (brandy)
