I made this with (gulp) Nonino instead of Monte and orange bitters instead of orange peel. I skipped the cherry bc of the Nonino’s inherent sweetness. A delicious variant!
I substituted Lillet Blanc for Americano…delicious.
Added about .25-.5 oz of 1:1 demararra syrup for a bit more of a vacation vibe. This is getting great reviews rn with our crowd.
Pretty good! Next time perhaps some malibu and more home made grenadine for the home run. Drinks like a tiki cocktail.
