Been serving with soda and both sloe & Plymouth gins along with egg white. Tried this recipe with only sloe gin, champagne and no egg white. My folks say NEVER go back. This is it!
Found this years ago on J. Morgenthaler’s site. I was intrigued and got a bottle of Linie. Things passed and I forgot about it until I saw it here. Sorry so much time passed! I find it full of depth and flavor. Perhaps a touch sweet. My son in law’s family are Norwegian. Can’t wait to mix a few up the next time we get together.
Thanks for providing a recipe for a single serving of this drink. Most others found are infused bottle concoctions containing these same ingredients plus optional spices. I tried this as written and enjoyed it thoroughly. Tried it again with two drops of cinnamon tincture for the spice. Also tasty.
