Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Pineapple juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of dust with freshly ground black pepper.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Good but crying out for some bitters to give it a bit more complexity. I imagine peach bitters would be lovely but I h ad Angostura to hand (who doesn’t?) and that really elevated it.
