Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
3 fresh Basil leaves
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon wedge & basil leaf

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and gently stir.

Review:

Just as it says on the tin, tequila charged with lemonade and flavoured with basil.

Very refreshing and flavourful. Always have an issue with cocktails which "top off" as I find glasses vary in volume. We used a 10 oz glass and it was perfect. Drinks very easily.
