Serve in a Coupe glass
| 1⁄2 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
| 1 1⁄6 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 1⁄2 oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1⁄3 oz | Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Cherry and lemon twist.
How to make:
Pour whisky into ice filled shaker, stir and strain out liquid, leaving whisky coated ice. Add rest of ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
