1⁄2 oz | Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky |
1 1⁄6 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄2 oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1⁄3 oz | Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette Liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄2 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Cherry and lemon twist.
Pour whisky into ice filled shaker, stir and strain out liquid, leaving whisky coated ice. Add rest of ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
