Ingredients:
112 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
1 23 oz Tennessee whiskey
12 oz *Special ingredient #1 (see above)
13 oz *Special ingredient #2 (see above)

How to make:

Spritz a chilled glass with Islay whisky (Kaiko used Laphroaig) and set aside. STIR other ingredients with ice and strain into spritzed glass. Special ingredient #1: Rejuvenated grenadine * Rejuvenated grenadine 300g pomegranate juice 150g granulated sugar 30g maraska syrup (from jar of maraschino cherries) 60g beet vinegar (from jar of pickled beetroot) 60g oxidised grenache red wine 1 barspoon rosewater ¼ vanilla pod 4 pinch ground allspice (~1g) 6g carob molasses Place all ingredients in a jar and shake until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the vanilla pod after approx 1hr. Special ingredient #2: Citric lime oleo-saccharum 100ml 1:1 lime oleo 10ml 10% citric acid solution
