Israeli Bacardí Legacy 2015 winning cocktail by Omer Gazit Shalev, 223 Cocktail Bar, Tel Aviv. Omer's original recipe calls for 10 ml homemade tarragon syrup.
Jose Leon Bouteiller was a French merchant living in Cuba around the 1840s who, together with Facundo Bacardí Masso, founded 'Bacardí Bouteiller y Compania.' After their company was a success, Bouteiller's share was bought by Facundo's family and has stayed in the Bacardí family until this day.
