Adapted from a recipe created in 2017 by Griffin Cox at Lot Six, Halifax, Canada.

Griffin says, “Hailed as a venerable French bitter, the story of Suze veritably began to the west in Switzerland before it was brought across the border by Fernand Moureaux in 1885. The Swiss Account pays homage to that beginning and shows how Suze finds its home alongside other French spirits just as it found its home in French palates over a century ago.”

Griffin’s original recipe calls for 45ml Grey Goose Vodka, 15ml Suze, 5ml Bénédictine and 2 dash Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters.
