I've made this following the recipe in the 15th Edition, so it's with the darker blue of the de Kuyper Curaçao. Part of the fun of experimenting with different cocktails and brands is the delight of the resultant colour. "Mussel purple" captures it well. The orange-cranberry flavour is very agreeable. If using unsweetened cranberry juice (as I did), add 5-10 mls sugar syrup to taste.

This is great. It is the colour I always imagined Elizabeth Taylor's eyes. Great balance, but you must use a good Blue Curacao, none of the nasty, cheap ones. Will do again.
