Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
22.5 ml La Fée Parisienne absinthe
22.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 fresh Egg white
22.5 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
