Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
4 fresh Mint leaves
3 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
12 oz Monin Passion Fruit Syrup
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Strawberry & mint sprig

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberries and then mint in base of shaker (just to bruise mint). Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
