1 12 oz Tennessee whiskey
12 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur
13 oz Galliano L'Autentico liqueur
23 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
23 oz Pineapple juice

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge on rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Starting making this then realized I was of pineapple juice... Best substitution I could come up with from my available ingredients was grenadine... Result was sweet but tasty. I feel like the Galliano was lost in the mix though. I suppose a mix of grenadine and lime juice could more closely approximate the sweetness and acidity of pineapple juice?
