How to make:
Cut kiwi fruit in half and cut a slice to put aside for garnish. Scoop out flesh out of both halves into base of shaker and MUDDLE. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

You may need to adjust the sugar depending on the ripeness of your fruit. Using kiwi sugar syrup helps boost this cocktail's flavour but, if your kiwis are good and ripe, it also works well just using standard sugar syrup.
