Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 12 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda.

This was outstanding. A perfect bunch cocktail. Refreshing and not overly alcoholic. Wonderfully balance and not overly sweet as some brunch cocktails. On my favourites.
